Agent – Contractor
A partner acts like an agent and passes the contacts to our company for a certain fee directly (10-15% of the total revenue of the order).
White Label – Contractor
White label (the partner states, that since now he deals with WP dev as well. He sells it on behalf of his company. We assign a CTO, who will deal with the orders incoming from the partner. The partner pays us (ArtiLab company) the per-hour rate agreed.
Partner – Partner
The Partner provides customer contact details, helps in sales process and decides on the rate (for instance, 50 per hour). We (ArtiLab) accept the payments, take our per hour rate ($35usd) and the difference goes to the Partner.

Initial contact
The initial contact marks the commencement of our engagement with you. During this phase, we gather essential information, project specifications, recommendations, and business objectives.
Discovery phase
At this stage, the company’s specialists conduct a detailed project analysis. They determine the client’s requirements, study the competitors, and define the main goals and purpose of the project. As a result, an action plan is drawn up.
Project estimate
Based on the collected information and our understanding of the project, the Company creates an estimate. Which includes necessary resources, timelines, and costs required to execute the project.
Terms negotiation
At this stage, we present to you an estimate on the project. We discuss the details of the estimation, answer your questions, and clarify the details of our cooperation. Sometimes, make amendments or updates in order to form the most accurate proposal. We can proceed with the next step if you accept our final proposal.
Website design
After signing the contract, the designer begins to work on the project. At this stage, the designer creates layouts and prototypes according to the Client’s requirements. The design includes visual design, interface architecture, and user experience.
Frontend development
When the design is approved, frontend developers begin their work. They use programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to transform plans into functional user interfaces. Frontend developers ensure that a website or an app is responsive and accessible.
Backend development
Backend developers are creating the server side of the project. They work with databases, web servers, and software to provide functionality and data processing on the server side. Backend developers create APIs, handle business logic, and ensure data security.
Finalization and support
At the last stage of the project, we perform final testing to ensure that the entire project functions correctly.
